Het materiaal wordt door het toevoersysteem gelijkmatig in de maalkamer gevoerd en wordt sterk beïnvloed door de snel roterende breekschijf, en tegelijkertijd wordt het onderworpen aan verschillende krachten zoals wrijving, afschuiving en botsing tussen de statische elektriciteit. schijf en het ringwiel, en wordt uiteindelijk verpletterd. De verpletterende beweegbare schijf en de statische schijf kunnen in verschillende structuren worden gecombineerd om aan de breekvereisten van verschillende materialen te voldoen. De structurele vormen die we momenteel ontwerpen zijn: hamertype, pentype, turbinetype en slijpschijftype.
Het materiaal wordt door het toevoersysteem gelijkmatig naar de maalkamer gestuurd en ontvangt de sterke impact van de snel roterende maalschijf. Tegelijkertijd ontvangt het de actie van meerdere veelomvattende krachten zoals wrijving, afschuiving en botsing tussen de statische schijf en de tandwielring, zodat het slijpen, afhankelijk van de aard van het materiaal, de bewegende beweegbare schijf en de statische slijpschijf schijf kan worden gecombineerd met verschillende structuren om aan de slijpbehoeften van verschillende materialen te voldoen.
