材料は供給システムにより粉砕室に均一に供給され、高速回転する粉砕ディスクから強い衝撃を受けると同時に、摩擦、せん断、静電気との衝突などのさまざまな力を受けます。ディスクとリングギアが噛み合い、最終的には潰れてしまいます。粉砕可動ディスクと固定ディスクを異なる構造で組み合わせて、さまざまな材料の粉砕要件を満たすことができます。現在設計している構造形式は、ハンマータイプ、ピンタイプ、タービンタイプ、グラインディングディスクタイプなどです。
原料は送り機構により均一に粉砕室に送られ、高速回転する粉砕可動ディスクの強い衝撃を受けます。同時に、静止ディスクとギアリングの間の摩擦、せん断、衝突などの複数の総合的な力の作用を受けるため、材料の性質に応じて、研削可動ディスクと静止ディスクの研削が行われます。ディスクをさまざまな構造と組み合わせて、さまざまな材料の研削ニーズを満たすことができます。
