Polyethylene wax (PE wax), also known as polymer wax, is abbreviated as PE wax.
It is widely used due to its excellent cold resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, and wear resistance. In normal production, this wax is used as an additive and directly added to polyolefin processing. It improves product gloss and processing performance. As a lubricant, it has stable chemical properties and good electrical performance. PE wax has good compatibility with polyethylene, polypropylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate, EPDM, and butyl rubber. It enhances the fluidity of polyethylene, polypropylene, and ABS, and the mold release of polymethyl methacrylate and polycarbonate. Compared with other external lubricants for PVC, polyethylene wax also has a stronger internal lubricating effect.

Application and Industry
Concentrated color masterbatch and filler masterbatch: Used as dispersants in color masterbatch processing, widely used in polyolefin masterbatches. It has excellent compatibility with polyethylene, PVC, polypropylene, and other resins, providing excellent external and internal lubrication.
PVC profiles, pipes, composite stabilizers: Used as dispersants, lubricants, and gloss agents in PVC profiles, pipes, fittings, and PE/PP processing. It enhances plasticization, improves toughness and surface smoothness, and is widely used in PVC composite stabilizer production.
Inks: Good light and chemical resistance, can act as a pigment carrier. It improves the wear resistance of paints and inks, enhances pigment and filler dispersion, and provides excellent anti-settling properties. It also acts as a matting agent, giving products good gloss and depth.
Wax products: Widely used in the production of floor wax, car wax, gloss wax, candles, crayons, etc. It increases the softening point, strength, and surface gloss of wax products.
Cable materials: Used as a lubricant in cable insulation materials. It enhances filler diffusion, increases extrusion speed, improves mold flow, and facilitates mold release.
Hot melt products: Used in various hot melt adhesives, thermosetting powder coatings, road marking paints. It acts as a dispersant, provides excellent anti-settling properties, and gives products good gloss and depth.
Rubber: Used as a processing aid in rubber, enhancing filler diffusion. It increases extrusion speed, improves mold flow, facilitates mold release, and improves product surface gloss and smoothness.
Cosmetics: Provides good gloss and depth to products.
Injection molding: Saves machine power and lubrication, enhancing product surface gloss.
