As the European market increasingly demands finer particle size and faster solubility, the customer’s existing mechanical milling equipment could no longer meet the requirement of D90 ≤ 80 μm. Traditional milling also caused localized overheating, purity degradation, and unstable particle size distribution between batches.
Requirement Analysis
- Target particle size: D90 ≤ 80 μm (ideally controlled between 70–80 μm)
