The customer is a well-known sports nutrition manufacturer in Serbia, specializing in creatine monohydrate powder. As the European market increasingly demands finer particle size and faster solubility, the customer’s existing mechanical milling equipment could no longer meet the requirement of D90 ≤ 80 μm. Traditional milling also caused localized overheating, purity degradation, and unstable particle size distribution between batches.

Requirement Analysis
- Target particle size: D90 ≤ 80 μm (ideally controlled between 70–80 μm)
- Material characteristics: Creatine monohydrate contains one crystal water; it is highly heat-sensitive, and temperature rise must be strictly controlled during milling
- Capacity requirement: 200–400 kg/h per line
- Purity requirement: No metal contamination during milling; finished product purity ≥ 99.9%
- Energy & environmental standards: Must comply with EU energy efficiency and dust emission regulations
