재료는 공급 시스템에 의해 분쇄실로 고르게 공급되며 고속 회전 분쇄 디스크에 의해 강한 충격을 받는 동시에 정적 사이의 마찰, 전단 및 충돌과 같은 다양한 힘을 받게 됩니다. 디스크와 링기어가 충돌하여 최종적으로 파손됩니다. 분쇄 이동식 디스크와 고정 디스크는 다양한 구조로 결합되어 다양한 재료의 분쇄 요구 사항을 충족할 수 있습니다. 현재 설계하고 있는 구조 형태로는 해머형, 핀형, 터빈형, 그라인딩 디스크형 등이 있습니다.
재료는 공급 시스템에 의해 분쇄실로 고르게 보내지며 고속 회전 분쇄 이동식 디스크의 강한 충격을 받습니다. 동시에 정지디스크와 기어링 사이의 마찰, 전단, 충돌 등 복합적인 힘의 작용을 받아 재료의 성질에 따라 연삭이동디스크와 정지 디스크는 다양한 재료의 연삭 요구 사항을 충족하기 위해 다양한 구조와 결합될 수 있습니다.
