Emily Chen is the international sales and customer-service lead at Qingdao EPIC Powder Machinery Co., Ltd. She is the person many overseas customers meet first: clarifying a raw material and its target particle size, understanding the production scale behind a request, and coordinating EPIC’s engineering team to turn that requirement into a workable grinding, classifying or surface-modification solution.

Working with customers in more than 160 countries and regions, Emily follows a project through its whole cycle — sample testing at EPIC’s test centre in Qingdao, equipment and production-line selection, quotation and sea-freight delivery, and the after-sales technical guidance that keeps a line running. Her approach is practical: match the right machine and process to the material, and keep communication fast and clear so decisions don’t stall.
