Profile

About Jason

Jason Wang is a senior engineer at Qingdao EPIC Powder Machinery Co., Ltd., specialising in dry grinding, air classification and powder surface-modification systems. He works on process design and equipment engineering for jet mills (MQW / MQL / MQP), air classifier mills (MJW / MJL), ball-mill classification lines, roller mills and powder coating machines — and he contributes the technical guides that EPIC publishes for engineers and procurement teams worldwide.

His work spans process design, machine and model selection, commissioning and troubleshooting across minerals, chemicals, food, battery materials and pharmaceutical powders. He is part of the team behind some of EPIC’s large-scale ultrafine powder lines and its Qingdao test centre, where customer materials are trialled before a line is specified.

Jason’s engineering focus is straightforward: choose the mill and classifier that fit the material and the particle-size target, keep heat-sensitive and high-purity powders safe, and tune the circuit so the whole line — not just one machine — performs.
