The customer had previously attempted to use traditional ball milling equipment but faced the following challenges:

Product contamination: Wear and tear of the grinding media introduced iron impurities and wear particles, compromising the purity of copper oxide.
Insufficient fineness: It was difficult to consistently achieve an ultra-fine requirement of D97 < 5 μm.
High energy consumption and low efficiency: Long grinding times led to low production efficiency and high operating costs.
