The biological efficacy of Imidacloprid—specifically its rapid action and stability in formulations like Wettable Powders (WP) and Suspension Concentrates (SC)—is directly dependent on its saiz Zarah and specific surface area.
To maintain a competitive edge, the client required a solution for the ultra-fine grinding of imidacloprid to achieve sub-10μm fineness while maintaining a high industrial throughput.
2. Technical Solution: Bedak Epik Jet Mill System for Ultra-Fine Grinding of Imidacloprid
After rigorous material testing, the client selected the Epic Powder Kilang Jet Katil Berbendalir. This system was chosen for its ability to handle heat-sensitive organic compounds without degrading the active ingredient.
Key Equipment Advantages:
