A well-known Egyptian manufacturer specializing in coatings and anti-corrosion materials has long been engaged in the production and application of zinc phosphate as a high-end anti-corrosion pigment. Zinc phosphate is an important non-toxic anti-corrosion pigment widely used in marine coatings, heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings, and powder coatings. With increasingly stringent market demands for product performance, the customer needed to grind zinc phosphate powder to an ultra-fine level to improve its dispersibility, hiding power, and anti-corrosion efficiency in coatings.
The customer’s previous traditional mechanical grinding equipment struggled to stably achieve a kích thước hạt of D50 5-7μm, resulting in low yield, high energy consumption, and broad particle size distribution, which severely impacted downstream product quality and production efficiency.
