As one of the world’s leading agricultural producers, Brazil maintains extremely rigorous standards for agrochemical products. A major local pesticide manufacturer sought to upgrade its production line to enhance the adhesion and biological efficacy of its herbicide products. The core requirement of the project was to utilize ultra-fine grinding of herbicides technology to significantly reduce the saiz Zarah of the active ingredients, thereby increasing their specific surface area.
2. Process Parameters & Challenges
In the agrochemical industry, Particle Size Distribution (PSD) directly determines the suspension rate and spraying uniformity of the product.
- Bahan: Thermosensitive Herbicide Technical (TC)
- Feed Size: 100μm
- Required Output: D97 = 16.55μm
- Capacity Requirement: 200kg/j
- Core Challenge: The system must precisely control the particle size to 16.55μm while maintaining a high throughput of 200kg/h. Furthermore, the temperature within the grinding chamber must be strictly regulated to prevent any degradation of the herbicide’s physical or kimia harta benda.

Technical Advantages:

4. Implementation Results
