Project Challenges

The fine fraction D50 must be stably controlled within 1.2–1.5 μm, which falls into the ultrafine classification range.

Stringent control of coarse particles:
Coarse particles must be completely eliminated, ensuring D100 < 10 μm, in order to prevent scratches or short-circuit risks during the electrode طلاء عملية.
